Generally, the lead time for processing orders is 1-2 business days; however, this cannot be guaranteed. Pickup is not offered. Orders of fewer than 24 units of BirdBlocker are shipped via UPS. While we cannot ensure their service times, 1-2 business days for transit in mainland Europe is a realistic expectation. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Initial shipping costs are covered for orders over €150.

We provide a 14-day return policy, which means that after receiving your items, you have 14 days to request a return. To qualify for a return, your product must be in the same condition as you received it – unopened, complete, unused, and in its original packaging. If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at order@weprotectsolar.com so we can assess and resolve the issue. Returns will be refused if they do not meet our requirements or are sent back without prior return authorization. Upon receiving a return, we will inspect the package and notify you of the decision. Authorizations, approvals, and refusals will be communicated via email. Once approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 days. Processing times may vary due to bank and credit card services as well. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable; therefore, refunds will total the original order amount minus the initial shipping cost.

What birds does AVIFIN Gel work against?

It deters common perching birds such as pigeons, sparrows, starlings and swallows.

Does it harm birds?

No. It works by creating an unpleasant sticky sensation on contact, encouraging birds to relocate.

How long does it last?

Guidance indicates up to 2 years outdoors and more than 4 years in sheltered areas, depending on exposure and weather conditions.

How much does one cartridge cover?

A 310 ml cartridge covers approximately 8–10 meters of straight gel lines.

Can it replace spikes or netting?

In some situations yes, but in high-pressure areas it works best as part of a combined bird control strategy.
