We provide a 14-day return policy, which means that after receiving your items, you have 14 days to request a return. To qualify for a return, your product must be in the same condition as you received it – unopened, complete, unused, and in its original packaging. If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at order@weprotectsolar.com so we can assess and resolve the issue. Returns will be refused if they do not meet our requirements or are sent back without prior return authorization. Upon receiving a return, we will inspect the package and notify you of the decision. Authorizations, approvals, and refusals will be communicated via email. Once approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 days. Processing times may vary due to bank and credit card services as well.
Shipping costs are non-refundable; therefore, refunds will total the original order amount minus the initial shipping cost.
