Les commandes de moins de 24 unités de BirdBlocker sont expédiées via UPS. Bien que nous ne puissions pas garantir les délais de livraison d’UPS, un délai de transit de 1 à 2 jours ouvrés en Europe continentale est une attente réaliste.

Les frais d'expédition sont calculés lors du paiement. Les frais d'expédition initiaux sont pris en charge pour les commandes supérieures à 150 €.

Nous proposons une politique de retour de 14 jours, ce qui signifie qu'après réception de vos articles, vous disposez de 14 jours pour demander un retour.

Pour être éligible à un retour, votre produit doit être dans le même état que lorsque vous l'avez reçu : non ouvert, complet, inutilisé et dans son emballage d'origine. Si le produit arrive endommagé ou défectueux, veuillez nous contacter immédiatement à order@weprotectsolar.com afin que nous puissions évaluer et résoudre le problème.

Les retours seront refusés s'ils ne répondent pas à nos exigences ou s'ils sont renvoyés sans autorisation préalable. Une fois votre retour reçu, nous inspecterons le colis et vous informerons de notre décision. Les autorisations, approbations et refus seront communiqués par e-mail.

Une fois le retour approuvé, le remboursement sera automatiquement effectué sur votre mode de paiement initial dans un délai de 10 jours. Les délais de traitement peuvent varier en fonction des services bancaires et des cartes de crédit.

Les frais d'expédition ne sont pas remboursables, le remboursement couvrira donc le montant total de la commande initiale moins les frais d'expédition initiaux.

What is BB-TopGuard and how does it differ from the standard BirdBlocker range?
The standard BirdBlocker range is designed for inclined residential roofs — blocking birds from nesting in the gap beneath the panel. BB-TopGuard addresses a different problem on a different type of installation. It's built for flat-roof, floating, and field solar, where birds perch on the top edge of the panel and cause fouling down the cell surface.

Which installation types is BB-TopGuard designed for?
BB-TopGuard is built for flat-roof solar in both south-facing and East-West layouts, floating installations, and ground-mounted field systems.

What is the difference between the Standard (30s) and Double (30d) variant?
Both variants clip to the panel frame without drilling. The Standard (30s) runs along the lead edge of a single panel row. The Double (30d) is designed for East-West flat roof systems, where panels sit back-to-back — it spans the ridge between opposing rows in a single run, covering both edges at once.

Does installation require drilling into the panel frame?
No. BB-TopGuard clips to the panel frame using the BoxClip system — no drilling, no adhesives, no modifications to the panel or mounting structure.

Is BB-TopGuard compatible with all common panel frame profiles?
Yes. BB-TopGuard is secured using BoxClips, available in four varieties that together cover every common panel frame profile on the market. No specialist tools or additional SKUs required.

How does the BoxClip system work and which clips do I need?
BoxClip is the mounting clip used across the BirdBlocker range. It fixes securely to the panel frame without drilling or adhesives — both of which risk damaging the panel and voiding warranties. Four varieties are available to suit different frame sizes and profiles. The right clip for your installation is already in the range.

Can BB-TopGuard be used on floating solar installations?
Yes. Floating arrays present the same bird-fouling problem as other C&I applications — and are often harder to access for cleaning. BB-TopGuard installs with increased clip density to handle wind load and platform movement.

When will BB-TopGuard be available to order?
