Detailed Description

BB-Custom is the standard BirdBlocker system produced to order in any RAL colour. It's designed for projects where coloured solar panels are a deliberate design choice — listed buildings, heritage sites, premium roofing and façade installations where every visible detail matters.

Each order is produced to your specifications using the same UV-stabilised, anti-rodent-enforced material and proven construction as the standard range. The custom finish doesn't compromise durability, fit or performance. Whether it needs to match terracotta, slate or verdigris, BB-Custom is sympathetic to the character of the building.

Shipping & Handling

In der Regel beträgt die Bearbeitungszeit für Bestellungen 1–2 Werktage; dies kann jedoch nicht garantiert werden. Eine Abholung wird nicht angeboten. Bestellungen mit weniger als 24 Einheiten BirdBlocker werden mit UPS versandt. Während wir die Servicezeiten von UPS nicht garantieren können, ist eine Transitzeit von 1–2 Werktagen innerhalb des europäischen Festlands eine realistische Erwartung.

Die Versandkosten werden an der Kasse berechnet. Die anfänglichen Versandkosten werden für Bestellungen über 150 € übernommen.

Returns & Refunds

Wir bieten eine 14-tägige Rückgabepolitik, d. h., nach Erhalt Ihrer Artikel haben Sie 14 Tage Zeit, eine Rückgabe zu beantragen.

Um für eine Rückgabe berechtigt zu sein, muss das Produkt in demselben Zustand sein, in dem Sie es erhalten haben: ungeöffnet, vollständig, unbenutzt und in der Originalverpackung. Sollte das Produkt beschädigt oder fehlerhaft ankommen, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte umgehend unter order@weprotectsolar.com, damit wir das Problem bewerten und lösen können.

Rücksendungen werden abgelehnt, wenn sie nicht unseren Anforderungen entsprechen oder ohne vorherige Genehmigung zurückgesendet werden. Nach Erhalt einer Rücksendung überprüfen wir das Paket und informieren Sie über unsere Entscheidung. Genehmigungen, Bestätigungen und Ablehnungen werden per E-Mail mitgeteilt.

Nach Genehmigung der Rückgabe wird die Rückerstattung innerhalb von 10 Tagen automatisch auf Ihre ursprüngliche Zahlungsmethode zurückgebucht. Die Bearbeitungszeiten können je nach Bank- und Kreditkartendienstleistungen variieren.

Die Versandkosten sind nicht erstattungsfähig, daher erfolgt die Rückerstattung in Höhe des ursprünglichen Bestellbetrags abzüglich der anfänglichen Versandkosten.

Ein Umtausch von Produkten wird nicht angeboten.

Listed Buildings & Heritage Conservation

In conservation areas, planning scrutiny applies to every visible component of a solar installation. Colour is often the deciding factor — the wrong finish on any element can prevent consent. BB-Custom is produced in any RAL colour to match the approved panel finish, so the full installation satisfies the aesthetic conditions of the consent.

Case Study:

Skippy Daycare Centre, Kralingen

Skippy Daycare Centre is housed in a traditional school building in Kralingen, Rotterdam — within a rijksbeschermd stadsgezicht, a nationally designated conservation area where any change to a building's exterior requires heritage approval. The project team specified the Eurener MEPV Coloured Series in terracotta. Every other visible component had to match. A standard black protection system would not have passed consent.

BB-Custom was produced in a terracotta RAL colour matched to the Eurener panels and approved by the heritage officer as part of the wider installation consent.
